Do I need to register o create an account to place an order? No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, it is recommended that you create an account if you want to keep track of the new products and take advantage of promotions and discounts. 

How do I pay my invoice?

How do I know my size?
Size charts can be found on the corresponding product page. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacture the clothes and thus some items might run differently from others. Some styles may run bigger or smaller, depending on the fabric and stretch. When it comes to body shapers, if you are in doubt or in between sizes, we recommended ordering one size larger. If you are still not sure about your size, please, contact us and provide your measurements (bust, waist, hips). We will gladly assist you to choose the right size for you!

What shipping method do you use?
We usually use USPS or FEDEX. For most items in the Home Collection, a signature will be required for delivery. If so, you will find a note in the product description. Please, have a family member or friend receive the package for you if you cannot be at the time of delivery. Otherwise, you can request a hold for pickup at the nearest FedEx location. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including your tracking number so that you can track your package online. 

What is the handling time?
United States orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays); unless there is a problem with the address and the buyer cannot be reached. International orders will be shipped between 3-7 business days. THE HANDLING TIME FOR MERCHANDISE MARKED AS EXTENDED SHIPPING TIME WILL VARY DEPENDING ON LOCATION. Notice some items are shipped separately.

Does the Free Shipping promotion apply to international orders too?
