If you wish to return the item, for any reason, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer full refund less shipping. Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving the item. Please, make sure you send the item back with tags attached and in the original packaging- in the same perfect condition as received. The item must be new, unused, unwashed, free of scents or stains. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from the manufacturer.
If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, you can exchange it for you to another size/style of the same value. Confirm the size/style you want in exchange to verify beforehand if we have it in stock. The extra cost of shipping the merchandise for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. An invoice will be sent to you via Paypal to cover the shipping fees for the new exchange item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
